Our family's connection to Malibu began in the 1980s and now spans more than four decades of living, working, and raising a family along one of the world's most extraordinary coastlines. Today, we provide professional property management throughout Malibu's 27-mile coastline, with particular familiarity in the residential communities stretching from Sunset Mesa through Malibu West.

That history gives us an understanding that extends far beyond property values and rental trends. From the beachfront homes of The Colony and Malibu Road to the estates of Point Dume, Malibu Park, and the neighborhoods nestled against the Santa Monica Mountains, we understand each community because we've watched them evolve over generations.

Our Lead Broker, Tyson Carnahan Dexter, and his sister, Creative Director Kami Dexter Hall, were raised in Malibu West, where childhood summers were spent at Zuma Beach and participating in Zuma Junior Lifeguards.

That connection extends even deeper through Tyson's wife, a Point Dume native, whose family has longstanding roots in the community.

Together, those experiences have provided our family with a genuine understanding of Malibu's neighborhoods, traditions, and coastal lifestyle. From Sunset Mesa to Malibu West, we've experienced the rhythms of the community firsthand and understand the unique character that makes each neighborhood distinct.

Tyson served as Student Body President at Malibu High School, where he also met his wife, creating lifelong ties to both Malibu and the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District.

Many local families also know him from his years serving as Head Umpire for Malibu Little League, where fairness, consistency, and accountability were just as important as they are in the way we serve our property owners today.

When we're not working, you'll often find the Carnahan Dexter family together at Malibu West Beach or sharing dinner at one of our longtime favorites, Bui Sushi.
